Campus locations are classified as On-Campus, Extension Center, or Internet as indicated in the admissions process. Requests to change location status to Internet will be approved for students who live outside a 50-mile radius from the Louisville campus. Students who desire to change their campus location after starting SBTS or Boyce College should complete this form.

Please note this does not apply to summer and winter courses.
