Class Credit Authorization Form

*It is strongly encouraged that you meet with your Boyce Academic Advisor prior to submitting this form.

All information must be filled out entirely before submitting this form.
Please include as much pertinent information as possible regarding your request.
Authorization requests are approved on a case-by-case basis, so what works for one student, may not be approved in every circumstance.
In many situations an alternative to Class Credit Authorization can be found. Your advisor will make recommendations based on course availability and faculty approval.
Once a decision has been made you will be notified by email.

*Note to students:

Boyce College students who take Southern Seminary courses, either for Boyce College or Southern Seminary credit, should not expect that the course requirements will be altered or reduced for them.
Courses taken at Southern Seminary for Boyce College Credit may not be applied to a future degree at Southern Seminary.
Students must be juniors or seniors in order to request registration in a Southern Seminary course.
Students may not enroll in more than 12 hours of Southern Seminary courses for Boyce College credit during the course of their degree.
