SBTS is pleased to provide complimentary lodging to qualified prospective students for their campus visit. Please note the following in order to qualify for complimentary lodging:

Prospective students must attend all scheduled visit activities.
Lodging will be provided for the prospective student and immediate family members only.
- Immediate family includes spouse, parents, step-parents, children or dependents, siblings.
- If engaged, a separate complimentary room will be provided for fiancée/fiancé.
Admissions guests are expected to comply with the Seminary Code of Conduct.
Lodging is only offered to students who would otherwise qualify for admission.

Travel reimbursement is offered to prospective students who meet the criteria posted on this webpage. Criteria includes (but is not limited to):

Prospects must be traveling at least 80 miles (one way) or more from campus
Only gas and airfare are eligible for reimbursement
- If driving limit of $100 per vehicle
  - Reimbursement is only provided for legs of travel to/from the campus visit
- If flying limit of $100 per prospective student (family/guests not included)
Must indicate interest in relocating to Louisville for courses
Prospects of online-only programs, non-degree programs, conference courses, or certificate programs are ineligible
Must attend all scheduled sessions of the visit
Must be a your first official visit of any kind to campus (“official” defined as a scheduled visit through the Office of Admissions)
Reimbursement is not available for visits within 3 days of graduation, orientation, entrance exams, conferences, or other on-campus events not hosted by Admissions
Itemized receipts that show payment made will be required to be submitted for reimbursement only after the student has visited campus
