Use the form below to register for an Experiential Modular Course. Class options are listed below.

Enrollment: Once this form is submitted and your initial payment is processed, you will be automatically enrolled in the course you've selected within 3 business days.

Location: Course locations will be available on your My.SBTS account (under the "Registration" tab).

Payment: Standard tuition and fees will be charged for the course. You will be asked to make a $150 initial payment in order to reserve your spot for an Experiential Modular Course (you will enter payment information below). Please note this $150 is non-refundable. The remainder of your tuition charge will be added to your My.SBTS account subsequent to your enrollment.

Hotel Lodging: Southern Seminary Online is pleased to provide hotel lodging Monday and Tuesday nights for those enrolling in Experiential Modular Courses at no additional cost. See details below.

Meals: All meals will be provided starting with dinner on Monday through breakfast on Wednesday.

Course information: You are registering for a Hybrid-Modular course, which includes assignments that will be due before your on-campus lectures. Be sure to check the Canvas page for this course in the weeks leading up to the term start date.

Hotel Lodging

Will you be utilizing the complimentary lodging provided by Southern Seminary Online?

Hotel Lodging Details:

Lodging will be provided for Monday and Tuesday nights.
- Please note the on-campus lectures begin Monday at 1:00 pm, and complimentary hotel lodging check-in begins that evening. Students should plan their travel accordingly. There will be time for check-in after your first two class sessions and before dinner on Monday.
Specific hotel assignments will be emailed to you 10-14 days prior to your stay in Louisville.
Students who wish to stay additional nights (before or after) will contact Amy Gillham (enrollmentmanagement@sbts.edu) for arrangements.
A credit card for incidentals and a photo ID will be required when checking into hotels.

If you’re planning to arrive early or stay later, do you require extra lodging outside of Monday and Tuesday nights? (Please note that Southern Seminary will only provide 2 nights of complementary hotel lodging).

Please note: Additional nights beyond the two included will be at your own expense. Legacy rates are currently $120–$150 per night plus tax.

Students flying into Louisville will be placed in the on-campus Legacy Hotel. However, they are responsible for their own transporation to/from the airport and campus.

Breakfast: Tuesday and Wednesday
Lunch: Tuesday
Dinner: Monday and Tuesday

Note: this is a flat rate to cover all meals, regardless if the guest participates in the meals. Lunch and dinner will be catered from local restaurants and breakfast will be provided either in the Dining Hall, Founders Cafe, or Scholars' Coffee
